I have funded over 1,100 home loans in my 20+ years of lending experience. My passion is collaborating with and serving my clients and my business partners. My standard is perfection.

Strong and equitable relationships are my highest priority. I take pride in helping people realize the dream of home ownership, while making the process enjoyable and stress-free. Throughout my career, I have received several President’s Club Top Producer awards and have been recognized by my Realtor partners and lending peers as a D Magazine Best Mortgage Professional in Dallas. Additionally, I have been recognized by the mortgage industry as an elite Mortgage Planner in the Scotsman Guide.

I was born and raised in Livingston, TX. I hold a BA degree in Communications from Baylor University (‘97) and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University (‘06). My banking and lending background is extensive, with experience in financial advising, commercial lending, community lending, private banking, construction financing and home loan origination. I have lived in Dallas since 1998. I enjoy traveling and experiencing all Dallas has to offer with my wife, Allison and two daughters, Mollie Kate and Jenna. I am enthusiastic about coaching, teaching, and writing. I coach junior high athletics at The Covenant School where my wife teaches, and my two girls attended.

I strive to create the best client experience possible. Every aspect of my business philosophy and process is with this chief goal in mind. I believe in consistent communication with all parties throughout the transaction to ensure a smooth, on-time closing. I am thorough and honest with my clients from the start, so each family makes it to the closing table completely happy, on time, and with no surprises.

I also believe in competing for my clients to win offers. I can close in 14 days easily and I go an extra step by calling listing agents on behalf of my clients to help them understand why choosing our clients’ offer and choosing me is the best possible option for their sellers.
