Henri Friloux

Henri Friloux from NuWave Lending LLC has been helping clients with their financing needs as a loan officer since 2003. Whether it’s helping a first time homebuyer or a real estate veteran, Henri will analyze and recommend the best programs for each customer's specific circumstance. Henri believes the key to helping clients understand the mortgage transaction is to be able to communicate with customers in a simple and effective way. Educating the client on the home-buying process, providing professional service and ensuring the transaction goes smoothly are very important to Henri’s business model. Henri knows it is an honor and privilege to help clients purchase their dream home or add to their investment portfolio.

Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Henri attended Auburn University and received a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He now resides in Allen, TX with his wife and 3 daughters. When not helping clients, Henri enjoys time with his family and stays active in his community. He has been on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Lovejoy Schools for over 10 years, enjoys supporting his daughters in their athletic and academic endeavors and plays golf and basketball.
