Gregory Richardson

My mortgage underwriting journey begun as a loan officer.  Back in 2007, I worked as a loan originator and one of the practices that set me apart was the quality of my loan set up.  I got recognized for that, and was asked to help other loan originators refine how they set up their files.  I was asked one day to fill in for an underwriter that had some personal challenges come up, and just never looked back.  I always enjoyed being in production.

Since 2008 I have had the opportunity to work with numerous lenders, large and small, and was a traveling contractor for years, learning various underwriting philosophies and disciplines, and the nuances of properties from all regions of our nation.  Those experiences  afforded me the constant learning opportunity to continue to push myself in this industry.

Joining Nuwave Lending matched my desire to always learn and grow, with a leadership and company that had very similar goals.  Our mission is to make quality loans and to provide exceptional service.
